ArborOps Privacy Policy

ArborOps is provided by Olive Branch Enterprises of Florida, Inc., doing business as Olive Branch Tree Care ("Olive Branch," "we," "us," or "our").
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when authorized users access and use the ArborOps mobile application ("App").
1. Who May Use ArborOps
ArborOps is intended only for authorized employees, contractors, and approved personnel of Olive Branch Enterprises of Florida, Inc. and its related operations, including Olive Branch Tree Care. The App is not intended for public consumer use.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how the App is used, we may collect and process the following categories of information:
Account and Employment Information
- Name
- Work email address
- Employee role, title, crew assignment, and internal profile information
- Scheduling, shift, timecard, payroll-related, and work-assignment information
- Emergency contact and employee-submitted profile information
Device and App Information
- Device type and operating system information
- App version and basic diagnostic information
- Push notification token
- Device name submitted for notification delivery
- Authentication and session information needed to keep users signed in securely
Location Information
If a user grants location permission, ArborOps may access device location to support location-based features such as weather, job-related tools, and internal operational status updates.
Authentication Information
ArborOps uses Microsoft-based identity services and secure session technologies to authenticate authorized users. Biometric sign-in options, if enabled by the user, are processed through Apple device security features and local secure storage.
3. How We Use Information
We use information collected through ArborOps to:
- Authenticate users and manage secure access
- Provide schedules, shift requests, team assignments, and other workforce features
- Support job, field, weather, profile, and emergency-related functionality
- Send operational and account-related notifications
- Maintain app security, prevent unauthorized access, and investigate misuse
- Monitor and administer internal business operations
- Comply with legal, regulatory, employment, tax, insurance, and safety obligations
4. Internal Monitoring and Authorized Use
ArborOps is an internal business tool. Use of the App, and activity conducted through it, may be monitored, logged, reviewed, and audited by Olive Branch for legitimate business, operational, administrative, security, compliance, and legal purposes.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information collected through ArborOps.
We may share information:
- Within Olive Branch Enterprises of Florida, Inc. and its DBA operations, including Olive Branch Tree Care
- With service providers and technology vendors that support authentication, hosting, notifications, weather, infrastructure, and app operations
- When required by law, subpoena, court order, regulatory request, or legal process
- To protect the rights, property, safety, systems, users, or business operations of Olive Branch
6. Third-Party Services
ArborOps may rely on third-party platforms and services, including services provided by Apple and Microsoft, to support login, notifications, weather functionality, and device-level security features. Those providers may process limited information as necessary to perform their services.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the App, manage the employment or contractor relationship, maintain business and legal records, enforce policies, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and applicable legal, tax, insurance, employment, or safety requirements.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information processed through ArborOps. However, no system or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their devices, using passcodes or biometric protection where available, and preventing unauthorized access to their ArborOps account.
9. User Choices
Users may be able to:
- Update certain profile and emergency contact information in the App
- Enable or disable biometric sign-in on their device
- Control device-level permissions such as location and notifications in iOS settings
Requests to access, correct, or delete employment-related data may be subject to company policy, operational requirements, and applicable legal retention obligations.
10. Children
ArborOps is not directed to children and is not intended for use by anyone under the age required to lawfully work with or for Olive Branch.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted with a revised Effective Date.

ArborOps Legal Notice and Authorized Use Statement

ArborOps is the property of Olive Branch Enterprises of Florida, Inc., doing business as Olive Branch Tree Care.
This application is intended solely for authorized employees, contractors, and approved users acting for legitimate business purposes. Unauthorized access, use, copying, disclosure, or distribution is prohibited.
Use of ArborOps and information accessed through it may be monitored, logged, reviewed, and audited for security, operational, administrative, compliance, and legal purposes.
Company, employee, customer, scheduling, operational, and business information made available through ArborOps is confidential and must be handled in accordance with company policy and applicable law.
Use of ArborOps on a personal device does not change the confidential nature of company information. Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate device security, including passcodes, biometric protection, and timely reporting of lost or compromised devices.
Olive Branch Enterprises of Florida, Inc. may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to ArborOps at any time in its discretion, including in response to security concerns, policy violations, or changes in employment or contractor status.
